Arsenal have now announced their squad for the upcoming Asian tour that will see them play against Malaysian eleven on 13th of this month in Kuala Lumpur on Wednesday (kick-off 8.45pm local time) and then fly to Hangzhou in China to play Hangzhou Greentown on Saturday evening Arsenal have a depleted looking line up for the tour that includes only 23 players and that too with only a handful of youngsters which contrary to what Wenger usually does for the pre-season friendlies .

The list of youngster includes the only signing of the season for them in the shape of Carl Jenkinson plus the central midfielder Emmannuel Frimpong who had a superb pre season last time but was unfortunate to suffer an injury and the most talked about inclusion of Asia’s very own Ryo Miyachi who has earned a lot of accolades on his loan spell in Holland .

The biggest news of this squad announcement is the fact that Samir Nasri ,thought by many to be on his way out of the club is included in the squad plus Fabregas , thought to be moving to his homeland has been kept out due to his recurring hamstring problem .Another one on the injury casualty list is Emmanuelle Eboue who injured himself while training.

Fringe players, Bendtner and Manuel Almunia have been kept out of the squad signaling that they may secure their future with other clubs .Meanwhile long time Arsenal target Gervinho has not still been able to complete his switch from Lille thus his availability for the tour is out of contention.
