Our country has 19 FIBA certified referees. They represent the country at the highest level of basketball officiating. Here’s a look at one of those refs, Mecky Lobo:

“In basketball, a player has to perform. We referees also have to perform. If we feel or display a bias, we are not doing justice to our job.”
