If rumours are to be believed, French star, Zinedine Zidane is very keen to take the job of managing his national football team after former manager, Laurent Blanc stepped down from his charge as a result of a disappointing Euro 2012 campaign.
Didier Deschamps is also in run for managing the French national side. However, Zidane’s sudden interest will give him a possibility to work with the national side after Deschamps. The French Football Federation (FFF) also considered Zidane as a strong personality, who will be best to coach the French national side in the near future.
Interestingly, Zidane has no previous coaching experience, but FFF still have faith on this legend. The legendary icon was a member of the 1998 World Cup squad. He captained the French side in the 2006 World Cup Finale, but that ended in a nightmare for him.
