Triple H broke his hand during his loss to Brock Lesnar at Summer Slam.

Following Triple H’s devastating loss to Brock Lesnar in their “Perfect Storm” confrontation at Sunday night’s SummerSlam pay-per-view, WWE medical personnel have reported that The Game has suffered a broken arm – no doubt a direct result of his dangerous adversary’s Kimura Lock.

It has also been released that The King of Kings broke his left arm in the same place that he did when Brock attacked him on the April 30th episode of Raw, an assault that lit the fuse on their tremendous rivalry.

Although Triple H had initially refused medical attention last night, an examination this morning confirmed the severity of the injury.
