Indian U-18 women continue their winning streak from yesterday’s 93-53 victory over Singapore to today’s drubbing of Kazakhstan. Like yesterday 3 of our players had double doubles. Scoring column was led by Sharanjeet Kaur, who had 22 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists. Jeena PS Skaria added 17 points and 5 rebounds. Rajapriyadharshini Rajaganapath added 10 points and 10 boards. Geetha Anjana Prasannan added 13 points and 3 assists. Shireen Limaye chipped in with 9 points, 11 rebounds, 4 assists and 6 steals.
We did half of the work inside, finishing with 42 points in the paint. Our next match will be tougher, vs Hong Kong at 10:30 AM tomorrow morning.
