What Happened after RAW: After RAW (08 October 2012) went Off the Air, World Heavyweight Champion Sheamus def. WWE Champion CM Punk by DQ after CM Punk nailed Sheamus with a low blow in a Dark Match. Sheamus recovered and planted CM Punk with a Brogue kick to End the Show.

- Punk hits Fan on RAW: According to Video of the incident, one fan touched Punk on the shoulder, then Punk whipped his elbow around to strike a second fan in the face. Punk followed with a pieface to the second fan before security jumped on the scene.

- Who will CM Punk Face?: At the conclusion of RAW (08 October 2012), Vince McMahon presented WWE Champion CM Punk with an ultimatum: at Hell in a Cell, he would either face John Cena or Ryback. And if Punk hadn’t made up his mind in seven days, the Chairman said he would make it for him.

- WWE Creative Team Shakens: According to F4WOnline.com, Brian Gewirtz has been removed as the head writer of WWE RAW. After a decade plus of doing the job, Gewirtz will remain with the company as a creative consultant, but has been removed from the head writer position.

Vince McMahon was not in a good mood, and reportedly told producers “I want results, or I want resignations.”
