The S2 Senior Backstroke Event at the 8th Maharashtra Paralympic Swimming Championship was conducted on 2nd October, 2013 at Andheri Sports Complex by Paralympic Swimming Association of Maharashtra (https://www.facebook.com/PSAM.ORG.IN), where a total of 117 paralympic swimmers participated from 17 districts of Maharashtra.
The gold went to Suyash Jadhav of Kolhapur, silver to Vibhas Sen of Thane and bronze to Nagarjunrao Akula of Aurangabad.
The gold and silver medal winners have now qualified to represent Maharashtra at the upcoming National Water Polo & Swimming Championship which is going to be held in Bengaluru from 9th November to 12th November, 2013.
