Indian recurve mixed team of Sanjay Boro and Madhu Vedwan defeated Indonesian team in a shoot-off to win the gold at Asia Cup Stage 2 archery competition at Bangkok on Thursday. Both the sides were tied with 4-4 after winning two sets a piece. In the shoot-off, India beat Indonesia 20-19 to take home the gold. The Indian duo had earlier defeated Philippines 5-1 in the semifinals and Chinese Taipei 6-2 in the quarterfinals.
The Indians also won silver in compound mixed team event after the duo Vikas Rajan and V Jyothi Surekha lost to Philippines 153-155 in the final.
