A view at the final encounters of various categories-

Men’s Singles Category:

In the final clash of this category, World No.2 Long Chen from China will lock horns with the Malaysian smasher Chong Wei Lee. It will be the most awaited match as the World No. 1 and No. 2 will fight for the Men’s Singles title on Sunday. Both the players have won all their matches convincingly so far in this tournament and a close encounter is expected between the two.

Women’s Singles Category:

Ji Hyun Sung of Korea will play her final match against the Chinese smasher Yihan Wang. The World No. 6 Hyun Sung performed well in her semifinal match by defeating Shixian Wang by 21-19 and 21-14. She would like to continue her momentum against the World No. 5 Wang to steal the title. The Chinese smasher will not leave any stone upturned to challenge Hyun Sung.

Men’s Doubles Category:

The Indonesian pair of Mohammad Ahsan and Hendra Setiawan will take on the Korean pair of Yong Dae Lee and Yeon Seong Yoo to fight for the Men’s Doubles title. The Top-seeded Indonesian pair currently ranks 2nd and are the favorites for this match. The Korean pair has also performed well in their 4 matches so far and will try to bag this title in their favour.

Women’s Doubles Category:

The Danish pair of Christinna Pedersen and Kamilla Rytter Juhl will be up against the Chinese duo of Yixin Bao and Jinhua Tang. The home team of Christinna and Kamilla has been well supported throughout the tournament and will play with boosted confidence in the final match. They are also holding the World No. 3 tag in this category. It will be a tough task for the Chinese opponents to face the Danish challenge.

Mixed Doubles Category:

The Chinese pair of Nan Zhang and Yunlei Zhao will be battling with the Indonesian pair of Tontowi Ahmad and Liliyana Natsir in the final of Mixed Doubles category on Sunday. The match is expected to be a close one as the World No. 1 Chinese pair will be on the court against the World No. 3 Indonesian pair.
