4th FIBA Asia Cup 2012: India's stat sheet

Two players from India were among the tournament leaders. The Indian team had the second leading scorer, Vishesh Bhriguvanshi (17.8) who also led the tournament in assists (6.5) and the leading rebounder, Amritpal Singh (11.5) in this tournament.

That’s something to think about. We lost to Japan, Iran, Chinese Taipei and Qatar.

We lost all four of our matches, although we put up a good fight in every single one of them. This was a very young squad and the performance was above expectation in terms of the way we played, even though the 0-4 stings a lot.
