The 2014 edition of the KCM Basketball Bash, one of the biggest college level basketball tournaments in the country, is all set to start here at Gwarko, Lalitpur, Nepal. It will be held from 25th April 2014 onwards at the basketball court of the organizing institution Kathmandu College of Management at Gwarko.
The tournament will be held in three categories: boys’, girls’ and corporate. 24 teams in the boys’ category, seven teams in the girls’ category and 16 teams in the corporate category will be competing for the prestigious title of the KCM BB Bash championship.
Kathmandu College of Management (KCM) is a premier educational institution in Lalitpur, providing world class education for Nepalese students with state-of-the art facilities. The KCM BB Bash is the annual basketball event held annually to give hands-on experience to the students in organizing and managing large scale sports events.
The KCM BB Bash has become a household name among basketball lovers in the Himalayan country. The event has helped to uplift the level of college basketball in Nepal.
