2K Sports has talked of plans of introducing more voices for it’s MyPlayer Mode. NBA 2K14 had featured the voice of LeBron James, and the new edition will add more voices.

NBA stars who have till now confirmed their presence for the recordings are cover star Kevin Durant, Al Jefferson, Gerald Wallace, Andre Drummond, Trey Burke, Al Horford, Andre Iguodala, Thaddeus Young, Channing Fry, Brook Lopez, and Brandon Knight.

Oklahoma City Thunder star Kevin Durant had recently posted a tweet of him featuring in a secret project. The 25-year-old's tweet talked of a covert task for NBA 2K15 at the 2K studio, not much of a secret then anymore.

Philadelphia 76ers star Thaddeus Young was also spotted at the 2K studio. The 26-year-old power forward was recording his voice in Novato, California for the upcoming NBA 2K15 game.

In NBA 2K14, cover star LeBron James had his own specific game mode called 'Path To Greatness'. The mode designed specifically for the 4-time MVP allowed fans to control him en route to winning championships. But nothing as such has been confirmed as of yet, for this edition's cover athlete Kevin Durant.

Pre-orders for the game will get you a Kevin Durant MVP Bonus Pack. It includes 5000 in-game currency, two My Team card packs, Kevin Durant Throwback My Team Card and My Player Leg Sleeves that are inspired by Durant himself.

NBA 2K15 will be released for PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC on October 7.
