Sim Bhullar, the first ever Indian origin basketball player and arguably one of the tallest recruits in the NBA, is used to hefty opposition in the NBA D league. However, Kunal Nayyar, better known as Rajesh Koothrapalli from The Big Bang Theory, was not intimidated by the big man as he challenged him to a free-throw competition on ‘The Late Late Show’.
Bhullar, who was cut from the Sacramento Kings, is currently plying his trade at D league outfit, Reno Bighorns. Both these figures are key members of the Indian-American community in USA, and their joint act would have appealed greatly to the Indian diaspora.
