Forecast on how it’ll look like

The most hyped, money generating and historical fight between two champions Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor might take place in September. Minting money being one of the reasons for scheduling this fight, Fox Sports host Colin Cowherd is a staunch believer in the said fight being taking place in September 2016.

Before completely ignoring Cowherd's claims, it's worth a while to know why he's probably forecasting it spot on and his statement, “News I believe is gonna break here in about two weeks... I have already booked two rooms, September 17th and 18th in Las Vegas.”

In his recent podcast ‘The Heard’, Cowherd seems to ‘see’ the Boxing vs MMA fight being scheduled. He said, “My intel is, Conor McGregor vs Floyd Mayweather is going to happen. It changed late last week. Got a call, then somebody else sent me something yesterday and Saturday. We book rooms in Vegas. (This happens) in September.”

And apparently it's all about the money.

“I watched Evel Knievel as a kid. I watched Wide World of Sports. I watched presidential debates. Why do you have those debates? You have those debates not really to solve anything. It’s because CNN and FOX News, they can get big ratings and sell it to advertisers, and it’s commerce,” he said.

“This is gonna be commerce,” Cowherd continued. “That’s what it’s gonna be.”

Justified enough with appropriate, logical explanations, Cowherd rounded up by stating that the catalyst in this fight is the involvement of two television giants for both the athletes i.e, CBS and Fox Sports for Floyd and Conor respectively, which will end up granting big bucks to everyone involved.

In his words, “You’ve got FOX and CBS, you’ve got UFC, you’ve got boxing, you’ve got Floyd, you’ve got Conor. It’s gonna make a lot of money for people.”

Rest assured, people are rooting for this.
