Shoaib Akhtar does a little trash talk before the All Stars Match (Video)

They are ready to revive the rivalry

With just hours away from the much awaited All Stars T20 Series, the players have already started up to light up their fans. Matthew Hayden on his Facebook page, just posted a video of Shoaib Akhtar sledging him before the match.

Hayden who will be playing for the Warne’s Warriors put up this little fun video just before the match. With arch rival Akhtar on the other side giving Hayden a little trash talk before the game! Akhtar and Hayden have had a past of 20 years at the International level and now they go head to head again tonight at the All Stars T20 Series in the United States.

The video just gave us a glimpse of how merry and pleasant this tournament will be! Hayden who is likely to open the innings for Warnie’s team will be up against Akhtar once again and it will be one heck of a competition to watch.

Akhtar, who was thanking god for keeping him in Sachin’s team earlier, has just challenged one of the most destructive openers of the world. Akhtar summons to contest against Hayden.

Shoaib in the video says, “This is me Shoaib, against Mr Hayden” to which Hayden gives a witty replying saying, “this is about to get real again, we have had 20 years and now we are going to go again.

The Pakistani fast bowler has challenged Hayden to hit a six on his ball, on doing so, he would give Hayden anything he wants in Pakistan. The funny part comes when Akhtar says, “If you lose the bet, please start admiring me.”

Akhtar who has always been known for his sledging would look to heat up the field today against Hayden and the others, but will the big guy keep shut? Hayden would definitely wish to win this bet and so would Akhtar. The video has gone viral and the fans are all the more excited now!

Now that the match is just hours away from kicking off, it will be exciting to see both the players go hard on each other. What was a rivalry before, will now be a ‘friendly rivalry’ among the players.

It’s the Rawalpindi Express vs Haydos tonight.

The All Stars T20 match starts at 9.30 PM tonight. The tournament, an initiative by Warne and Sachin brings the greatest of the sport together to display the best we could ever think of watching. Who thought, Sachin and Akhtar would be in the same side one day?
