Anushka Sharma spotted in London with Virat Kohli

Indian cricketer Virat Kohli has obtained permission from the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) to have his date Anushka Sharma accompanying him during the ongoing series against England, if reports from Times of India are to be believed.

Usually, the Indian cricket board doesn’t let family members or girlfriends to travel with the cricketers, but, considering the arduous nature of the tour, which will last for 2 and a half months and against one of the toughest countries to tour, the board has relented from its stand and has allowed the players to carry along their dearest ones with them.

The report further states that the Bollywood beauty was spotted at the London hotel where the cricketers have stationed for the second of the five Test matches against the home team. Into the third day of the Lord’s Test match, India, at the time of writing the report, lead by 16 runs with 9 wickets in hand and look good to end their 12-match win-less streak in overseas Tests.

Times of India quote one of Mirror’s sources as saying, "The two have been spending a lot of time together and look really happy in each other's company."

In the three innings that he has played so far, the 25-year-old hasn’t set the stage on fire, getting out for disappointing scores of 1, 8 and 25, respectively.
