After getting thrashed at the hands of England in August earlier this year, India will be hoping to put on a much better performance when they embark on a tour to Australia in a few weeks time.
India will be playing 4 Test matches and a triangular series involving hosts Australia, India and England. However, like several previous instances, the Indians will not be playing sufficient practice matches before the series gets underway.
Only a few players from the group that got blanked 4-0 last time around will be present this time.
