Ranchi, Oct 23 (IANS) Skipper George Bailey (98) and Glen Maxwell (92) helped Australia score 295 for eight against India in the fourth ODI of their seven-match series at the JSCA International Stadium here Wednesday.
Put in to bat by Indian skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni, Australia were reduced to 71 for four at one stage, but the Bailey-Maxwell duo forged a partnership of 153 runs for the fifth wicket.
Mohammed Shami was the pick of the Indian bowlers with figures of three for 42.
