Virat Kohli gets past 4000 run mark in IPL

Royal Challengers Bangalore played Kings XI Punjab on 18 May 2016. It was another must-win game for Royal Challengers Bangalore. RCB had to win this game in order to stay in contention for the playoffs. Remember, RCB destroyed Gujarat Lions before at M Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bangalore.

There was drama even before the match begun. Rain delayed the toss. The match was reduced to fifteen overs per side. With reduced overs, the stage was set perfectly. Royal Challengers Bangalore had to light the stage.

Kings XI Punjab won the toss and chose to field first.
