Rishi Dhawan celebrates after hitting the winning runs against Delhi Daredevils

After the Twitter banter between Cricket Australia and Cricket South Africa last month, it was the turn of Indian Premier League teams to indulge themselves in a witty conversation on the micro-blogging site as Kings XI Punjab took a light-hearted dig at fellow IPL side Delhi Daredevils on Tuesday.

The GMR-owned franchise posted a few pictures of their lavish new office. Calling it just a sneak peak, the Daredevils are likely to post more pictures later.

The Kings XI couldn’t hold back as they replied with a picture of their office which is closed during the Champions League T20, as they are participating in the T20 tournament. On the other hand, the Daredevils aren’t a part of it having finished last in this year’s IPL.

The Chennai Super Kings were as diplomatic as their captain MS Dhoni as they complimented the Punjab-based side for their tweet and the Delhi-based team for their new office.

The Daredevils then sent out their best wishes to both KIXP and CSK for the Champions League T20, which begins tomorrow.
