Kings XI Punjab's thrilling win over Chennai Super Kings in numbers

• Suresh Raina played his 100^th match for Chennai Super Kings – the most by any player in IPL.
• It was the 36^th and 37^th time a side has scored 200 or more in the history of IPL.
• CSK have the most 200+ scores in the history of IPL, with 10, whilst Kings XI Punjab are second with seven.
• CSK’s score of 205/4 was their seventh biggest total in IPL and the second time they have scored over 200 against Kings XI.
• It was the seventh time Kings XI have conceded 200 or more and the sixth time they have been set a target of over 200.
• It was only the second time CSK have lost having scored over 200 and the second time Kings XI have won chasing over 200.
• It was also the highest total chased against CSK, beating the previous mark of 193 – which was also chased down by Kings XI.
• It was the 13^th time in IPL that 400 runs were scored in a single game.
• CSK and Kings XI combined for a total of 411 runs- the eighth highest match aggregate total in IPL.

• Five of CSK’s six bowlers used had an economy rate of over 10, the first time it has happened.
