Akshar Patel, the left-arm spinner from Gujarat who represents Kings XI Punjab in IPL 7, has topped the list of the bowlers conceding the most number of dot balls in IPL 7 with a total of 169 such deliveries. He was also the winner of the “Pepsi Emerging Player” of the season award for his overall performances in his debut year.

He has also conceded the least number of singles (165).

Sunil Narine, the Caribbean mystery spinner who represents the 2014 IPL champions Kolkata Knight Riders, is at the second position with a difference of only 1 ball.
