And if the cricket reputation is damaged by me – then I apologise. I also want to add here that all those including children who want to play cricket, they have to refrain from such deeds. It not only damages his personal and countries reputation but also damages the cricket game”
“I have already informed the PCB (Pakistan Cricket Board) about my availability for the game and I am willing for any rehabilitation pre-game. I also want to say that only two years are left for lifting of ban so I request the ICC (International Cricket Council) to allow me to play domestic cricket so when the ban will be lifted we will be available for the selection.”
“If he (acting PCB chairman) has gone for talks with the ICC then he should also taken up the same matter of other players (Mohammad Asif), whatever the requirement of the ICC, he (The PCB chief) should discuss issues of all these players.”
