Indian cricket team registered their first-ever series whitewash over New Zealand courtesy of their 321-run win in the third Test at Indore. The victory not only sealed the series 3-0 but also meant captain Virat Kohli was presented with the ICC Test Championship Mace.
After being unbeaten in 13 consecutive Tests, both home and away, it is fair to say that the Indian team well and truly deserved the ranking and the mace. And it unsurprisingly, the Indian players took to social media after India’s historic victory.
