In the fourth Test match between India and Australia in the 2004-05 Border-Gavaskar trophy, India dismissed Australia for 93 in the fourth innings to win the match by 13 runs.
India had scored 104 runs in the first innings with Rahul Dravid unbeaten on 31 runs. While Jason Gillespie picked up 4 wickets, Nathan Haurtiz accounted for three. In return, Australia managed to score 203 runs.
In the second innings, with VVS Laxman scoring 69 runs and Sachin Tendulkar scoring 55 runs, India set a target of 107 for the visitors.
Murali Karthik was awarded the ‘man of the match’ for his spectacular bowling performance of 7 for 76.
