What makes it even more special is the significance of the wicket: The batsman was Inzamam-ul-haq and the series was hanging on the balance at 2-2. Although India had got the initiative after setting a target of 294 and getting rid of four top-order Pakistan wickets, Inzamam still had the capacity to take the match away and was looking in good touch, too. This catch, however, sealed the fate of the match and gave India a memorable 3-2 victory in the ODI series over their arch-rivals under the captaincy of Sourav Ganguly.
