South Africa defeated India in the first Twenty20 match

Cricket South Africa posted their first episode of the 'India Tour Diaries' on Youtube where AB de Villiers, Faf du Plessis and others have talked about their past experience in India. The South African team is touring India for the eighth time since they got Independence.

Like always, De Villiers seems to be the most excited guy in the video where he spoke about what and exactly how India is close to him. The Proteas one-day inernational captain even revealed that when he came to the cricket-mad country for the first time, it was Faridabad and very less people know about it. De Villiers expressed his happiness about the fact that he is back in India.

Everyone in the visitors camp are excited and so are all the Indians as they'll get to see players like De Villiers, Dale Steyn, Hashim Amla in their own back yard.

The visitors kick started their tour with a close victory in the first Twenty20 match of the tour last night in Dharamshala. JP Duminy's brilliant 68 runs off 34 balls (7 sixes) made him the hero of the match.

The Proteas are scheduled to play three Twenty20 internationals, five one-day internationals and four Test matches during their 72-day long tour.
