FIFA 15 knocks Destiny out from the top spot

FIFA 15’s popularity is well documented and it’s no surprise it’s on top

Last week we reported that Destiny topped the UK charts for the second consecutive week, but now FIFA 15 has taken over ever since it’s release and it comes as no surprise to most of us considering the global appeal the game has.

Because of this development, Destiny moves down to number 2, Disney Infinity 2.0 moves to number 3, Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition and Call of Duty: Ghosts are at number 4 and 5 respectively.

If you consider the analysis done by Chart-Track, FIFA 15 has accounted for a staggering 87% of the total revenue last week, which is also 80% of the total sale. The sales for the first week is 15% more than what it was for FIFA 14. In the top 20 list, Level 5's JRPG/Animal Crossing hybrid comes in for the first time at number 8, and NHL 15 dropped a massive 14 spots and is at number 39 now.
