Nintendo have announced that they are holding a Nintendo Direct video presentation of the Super Smash Bros.- Wii U this Thursday. The broadcast of the schedule is at 3pm PT / 6pm ET / 11pm GMT on October 23, through the Nintendo Direct Website. This event’s main focus is said to be “50 new things in Super Smash Bros. for Wii U” .
Super Smash Bros. creator Masahiro Sakurai has been teasing the reveal for Nintendo Direct some time and the retail listing last week revealed that the game offers The Master Hand and The Crazy Hand modes after Sakurai also teased about the game’s single player modes. It is also revealed that the game offers a stage creator mode and a board game mode.
Clearly this game has huge expectations to fill as the last installment in this series Super Smash Bros. for Wii has sold more than 12 million copies to date.
Super Smash Bros. was earlier released for Nintendo 3DS and have already sold 3 million copies worldwide.
Super Smash Bros. for Wii U is said to be available in North America from November 21st, and in Europe from December 5th.
