After releasing top dunkers, and point guards, EA Sports have revealed the top 5 shooting guards in this game. To score points for his team, is the main objective of the shooting guard, but some shooting guards are as good as playmakers, notably Kobe Bryant. They are often a team's primary scoring option, and sometimes the offense is built around them. The well known shooting guard in Basketball is Michael Jordan.

  1. DeMar DeRozan – Toronto Raptors – 85 Overall

DeRozan had a breakout year last season averaging career-highs of 22.7 points, 4.3 rebounds, 4.0 assists. DeRozan scored a career high 40 points against the Dallas Mavericks and recorded a career high 12 assists against the Portland Trail Blazers.

In the Playoffs, he averaged 26.8 points, 4.7 rebounds, 5.8 assists and 2.0 steals in 43.8 minutes per game.
