Pirelli reveals tyre compunds up to the Indian GP

Formula 1 tyre supplier Pirelli have revealed tyre compunds for the next four races.

For the upcoming Singapore grand prix, Pirelli will be bringing the soft and supersoft tyres. This is mainly due to the nature of the track. The Singapore circuit, like Monaco, involves lot of slow speed, tight and twisty corners. So, to spice up the show, Pirelli are bringing these tyres.

For Japanese and Indian Grand prix, Pirelli have decided to bring hard and soft tyres. The suzuka circuit puts lot of lateral force through the tyres so pirelli will be bringing more durable hard tyres and the soft tyres.

Last year, tyre wear in India was very low. But still, Pirelli have decided to go for a safer option considering the hot tropical climate.

Like last year, Pirelli are bringing soft and supersoft tyres for the Korean grand prix.
