Mario Gotze’s younger brother Felix Gotze has been signed by Bayern Munich after a free transfer from Borrusia Dortmund.

Felix, 16, who played for the under-17 side for Dortmund seems to be following his brother Mario Gotze’s footsteps.

This move comes after Mario Gotze scored the winning goal against Germany in World Cup.

Earlier Mario Gotze had incited controversy 12 months ago when he moved to Bayern Munich in a £30 million move after quitting Dortmund.

He has joined us, that’s right,’ Bayern’s youth director Michael Tarnat, said as he confirmed the Felix’s transfer to Sport Bild.

With this transfer this would be the third member of Gotze’s family to leave Dortmund after Mario‘s 24 year-old elder brother Fabian joined Mainz, a German association football club in January 2010.
