The winners of the India Football Tour will get a chance to excel at the F5WC or Football Fives World Championship, the world's biggest amateur 5-a-side football tournament in Beijing in 2017. The International competition will have teams from 32 different nations competing for the top prize.

The India qualifiers organised by India Football Tour are taking place in 10 cities across the country, where there will be a winner from each city. The 'city winners' will get an all-expense trip to Goa, and the chance to fight it out with the other winners for the place in the F5CW finals at Beijing.

The India Football tour commenced on Feb 27th in Delhi, going through various cities like Kolkata , Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kochi, Calicut, Chennai, Bangalore and will conclude in Goa on the 20th of November.
The most intriguing aspect about the India Football Tour is that professional 5-a-side players are not eligible, while anyone above the age of 16 can participate. Each team must consist of no more than 7 players. The only condition is that participants must have a valid passport or residency visa for the country they are representing.
The true reward for the tournament is that the Grand finale will be streamed live all across the world. Adding to all the hype would be the presence of professional scouts from top clubs across the world. Therefore if you further excel at the tournament, you could also get the chance to play for some top clubs across the world, which can only be described by the phrase ‘icing on the cake’.
