Cameroon coach Volker Finke announced his 28 man provisional squad for the 2014 FIFA World Cup. With the World Cup starting on June 12th and Cameroon playing their first match on the 13th June against Mexico.

Cameroon are underdogs in Group A as they are along with Mexico, Croatia and hosts Brazil. Coach Volker Finke needs to start preparing with the squad well in advance.Striker Vincent Aboubakar who had an amazing campaign with Lorient and was in the Top 3 goal scorers for the French Ligue, also has been included in the squad by coach Finke.

Veteran striker Samuel Eto’o has also been named in the squad along with Barcelona midfielder Alex Song.
