Chelsea place £8 million bid for high scoring Andrej Kramaric to hijack Juventus' deal

Andrej Kramaric is one of the hottest prospects in European football and continues to attract interest from several top European clubs including Chelsea. According to a report by the Standard, Kramaric’s side Rijeka will let go off their starlet for as low as £8 million.

Kramaric is said to be a target for almost 15 clubs at the moment including the likes of Arsenal and Juventus putting up a chase, but it is Chelsea who stand as the favourites to fetch the Croatian’s signature. It has also been reported that the player’s father had earlier travelled to London this weekend to hold talks with Chelsea over his son’s future.

According to the Daily Mail, Juventus have also offered £4.5m plus bonuses deal to the player’s father but it has been put on hold for the moment. Kramaric is a known threat in front of the net, having scored 27 goals in 19 matches this season for his club and country.
