Chelsea Midfielder Cesc Fabregas might sport a protective mask in the London Derby against QPR on Sunday. He reportedly travelled to Milan for treatment having suffered a broken nose following a tackle by Charlie Adam in the match against Stoke City.

The Spaniard posted a photo on Instagram sporting an injured nose and bruises below his eyes after playing out the full 90 minutes of the win over Stoke City.

Cesc Fabregas will join a number of current and former Chelsea players who have also put on protective masks in the past including Fernando Torres, Demba Ba and Ramires.
