Gerard Pique trolls Real Madrid while trolling Spanish radio station on Twitter

Gerard Pique is at it again; makes fun of Real Madrid on Twitter

Barcelona defender Gerard Pique is known for being very active on social media and regularly interacts with his followers. After seeing the official Twitter account of Spanish radio station Cadena Cope tweet something about Fernando Torres’ 100th goal for Atletico Madrid, Pique couldn’t hold back and indulged in some hilarious banter, making fun of the Cadena Copa tweet.

The tweet by Cadena Copa included an article about the change in Fernando Torres’ form and how the goal he scored on the weekend came as the result of a hamburger he ate. Pique immediately jumped on it and told them that now they need to go and find out who Torres’ hairdresser, tattoo artist and the taxi driver who took him to the Vicente Calderon were.

Following the former Manchester United man’s hilarious response, the radio station responded, giving details of Atletico striker Torres’ tattoo artist, his hairdresser and the taxi driver. Pique clearly could not hold back and responded with a jibe back at them, asking them that if they knew all this, they would also know which restaurant in Madrid was Barcelona forward Neymar spotted having dinner.

This was clearly in response to allegations that Neymar was having a meeting in Madrid with Real Madrid representatives and that the Brazilian was looking for a move. The Brazilian’s father responded to the reports and the striker himself had later hit out at the rumours.

After Pique’s tweet, he received another response from the radio station, stating that Neymar was indeed in Madrid, at the restaurant Tatel and that he left at 11.45 pm. They then asked Pique if he was there too.

That is when the Catalan decided to make fun of Real Madrid again, saying that he wasn’t in Madrid and that the last time he was in Madrid was on the 21st of November, when Barcelona defeated Real Madrid 4-0 in the El Clasico at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Here’s the entire Twitter banter:
