Goalkeeper considers suing fans who urinated in his water bottle

Reto Felder
FC Muri's goalkeeper Reto Felder has threatened to sue fans who urinated in water bottle.

Reto Feder, a Swiss goalkeeper who plays for FC Muri, is considering taking legal action against supporters who urinated in his water bottle during the match, confirms Guardian.

“I have never experienced anything like it," Felder was quoted saying. “That is just primitive filth. I took one sip and realised that it was warm but thought that it was because of the sun. But by the second sip I realised that something was wrong.”

“The mere thought of drinking piss is unbearable. What if, the next time, it is something that knocks you out?” he adds.

If that wasn’t disgusting enough, Felder had to watch opposition fans of FC Baden shout “you have been infected, you have aids!’

It is rumoured that it was a ball boy who had given the fans Felder’s bottle when he wasn’t looking, and had it exchanged.

A spokesperson for the Swiss FA said: “We take this incident very seriously. We are at the moment waiting to see what decision FC Baden arrives at. We can’t do too much at the moment. The club or the player can, however, go to a civil court.”

However, president of FC Baden, Thomi Braem has denied the allegations, but says he will look into the CCTV footage for evidence before commenting further.
