Manchester United’s on-loan striker Javier Hernandez scored the third goal with Wesley Sneijder and Daley Blind scoring for the Dutch.

Robin van Persie was rested for this game as the Oranje lost their fourth game in five matches. It was a replay of the Round of 16 match at the World Cup where the Dutch came out on top 2-1.
