Iniesta and Barcelona put in a dominant performance in the first leg

Barcelona’s Andres Iniesta says former team-mate Alexis Sanchez will be the main threat for Barcelona in their Champions League second leg clash against Arsenal.

Two goals from Lionel Messi ensured Barcelona a 2-0 aggregate lead and they are favourites to advance to the next round with the second leg set to be played at the Camp Nou.

Iniesta, however, offered a word of caution to his team-mates saying that the Chilean is capable of “causing problems.”

“Arsenal have a big squad but, because of his history with Barcelona, Alexis is the key man we have to look out for,” Iniesta told the Sunday Mirror.

“He’s a big footballer and showed his level when he played for Barca. But it’s not easy at this club to be first-choice striker. He has a lot of quality and can create problems.

“I’m convinced our fans will give him a great reception. But from minute one on the pitch, it will be different. That’s logical.”

Gerard Pique says Barcelona will score penalties when it matters

Barcelona put in a dominant display against Getafe winning 6-0 at Camp Nou. However, the only sour point of the day was the fact that Lionel Messi and Barcelona missed another penalty.

The Argentine captain has now missed 4 of the 7 penalties he has taken.

He is not the only one to blame however as his attacking partners Luis Suarez and Neymar have fared no better.

When Pique was asked whether he was worried about Barcelona’s poor conversion rate, he told Canal Plus:

"In important games, when things are on the line and we have to score them, we will score them."

Lionel Messi might have missed a lot of penalties this season, but he did score when it mattered against Arsenal, giving Barcelona a formidable 2-0 lead.

Pique who is a regular on twitter and social media with his Periscope app was asked if he was fazed by criticism to his social media activities for which he replied:

"Not at all"
