In what is the 4th and final encounter of the first matchday of the Indian Super League, FC Goa host Chennaiyin FC in the Fatorda stadium in Goa. The game features former Arsenal legend Robert Pires, who is captaining FC Goa against the Chennai side, who have player-manager Marco Materazzi, Mikael Silvestre and the youngest marquee player in the league, Elano Blumer.
Chennaiyins have had a little less time than all the other teams to prepare, but will look to start the league brightly, as will FC Goa, who will banking on their Indian contingent and coach Zico’s tactics to see them through.
