Not many teams have gone to Anfield this season and picked up even a point – Manchester United, Arsenal, Manchester City have all come away with nothing.
Jose Mourinho’s Chelsea however put in a brilliant display of defensive football and managed to score two goals to get all 3 points at Anfield.
And in spite of being ill, Mourinho’s elation in stoppage time when Willian and Fernando Torres combined for the second goal against a stranded Simon Mignolet was a sight to behold for the Chelsea fans at the away end. Mourinho ran down the touchline to the Blues supporters and roared in delight, arms in the air, egging them on to make some noise!
