England jumped 7 spots in the latest FIFA Rankings

After a series of good results that saw England win six consecutive games, the Three Lions have jumped up the FIFA Rankings and now find themselves in 13th place. The top 20 has remained largely unchanged except for England’s rise apart from Portugal and Romania.

The Czech Republic also entered the top 20 and are currently in 17th place. Meanwhile, Uruguay fell down two places to 10th while both Croatia and Mexico now find themselves 19th (dropped 5 places) and 20th (dropped 3 places).

World Cup champions Germany are still top of the rankings and don’t look like relinquishing the top spot any time soon. Losing finalists Argentina dropped points but are still second with Colombia in third place.

Belgium extended their lead over the Netherlands while France dropped points but stayed in 7th, tied with Portugal.

India saw an alarming drop in the rankings and are now 170th after dropping 11 places when they lost 35 points.
