Earlier this week, there were several speculations that Memphis Depay had flown to England to meet Manchester United manager Louis Van Gaal, but the 21-year-old Dutchman has ruled out any such reports.
Depay is said to be available for a move to Manchester United, with Liverpool and Tottenham also keeping track of the 21-year-old winger. The Red Devils are said to be fighting off competition from Premier League rivals from Anfield and White Hart Lane, and from the French champion Paris Saint-Germain – a transaction which the newly crowned Eredivisie champions PSV Eindhoven turned down.
"It's not true, I want to say nothing more about it. We'll see how it goes, but I know myself there is still nothing so I can tell you nothing," told Depay to Fox Sports when asked about the speculations.
