We all are a single unit, which are trying its level best to win every match. The Players are fantastic and it is them that have achieved this feat. They are a contingent of hard workers and I am fortunate to have them.What are your thoughts on the competitive nature of the I-League?Competition is good. This will not only enable every Team to bring out their best on the pitch but will also help to improve the level of Football. But it is a mental advantage and we will play to win those matches. If we don't, we could be leapfrogged by other Teams.Do you believe that Mohun Bagan will win the I-League title this season?I hope so but Football is played on the pitch. We are taking one match at a time and will do so until the last match of this season. How much of that is brewed in the training grounds?Like every Player Balwant Singh works hard in the training sessions. It is the collective effort of everybody which eventually results in him scoring. Nevertheless, it is a joy to watch Balwant bang goals on a regular basis.The Kolkata Derby beckons next for Mohun Bagan. What will be your aim?Three points! I aim to win the match. I have always emphasized on wins and will do so again.
