In spite of beating arch rivals Borussia Dortmund 3-0 on Saturday, all is not well at the Bayern Munich camp.
Manager Pep Guardiola is livid with the fact that there is a mole within the club who is leaking confidential information about the team to the press. Bild reported that team tactics were leaked to the press before the game.
Guardiola said, “It does not matter who it is, heads will roll!”
“I will throw him out. He will not play under me again.”
Bayern munich CEO Karl-Heinz Rummenigge also confirmed that a mole existed and warned the person that there would be consequences.
Rummenigge said, “We will obviously not bring in the NSA [National Security Agency] to find out who it is,”
“But I advise him to stop doing it or he will have a serious problem not only with Pep Guardiola but also the entire club.”
Bayern Munich, who are still undefeated in all competitions, are at the top of the Bundesliga table with a four point lead and they have already qualified for the knockout stages of the Champions League.
