We’ve all seen referees on the Football field. Referees are of many kinds – some who try to let the game flow, yet keep a tight grip on the game, some who are a little too lenient and some who are trigger happy, and like to book players left, right and center.
This video features a man in New York City, who takes his interest in refereeing a little too seriously, as he roams around the city handing out yellow and red cards to bystanders, people on the streets and in train stations! Some of the reactions people give him are priceless!
