Ronaldo achieved massive success at both club level and the international level. The forward played for the likes of Real Madrid, Barcelona, Inter and AC Milan. During his playing days he was lucky enough to be surrounded with great support men as well.

The likes of Zidane, Pirlo among others shared the football pitch with him and both the aforementioned make his dream XI. Ronaldo scored 352 club goals in 518 appearances across a span of 18 years.

He finally ended his career at Brazilian club Corinthians. Cristiano Ronaldo who now plays for the Brazilian’s old club Real Madrid is currently one of the two best players in the world.

The Portuguese international has a long-standing rivalry with his Barca counterpart Leo Messi for the crown of best player in the world. Until now, Messi has 5 Ballon D’ Ors to Ronaldo’s 4.

The Brazilian decided to pair himself up front with the great Pele, and also chose Maradona in midfield alongside his Argentine successor. Both Pele and Maradona have been debated about for many years now as to who is the greatest of all time.

But now Messi and Ronaldo have been thrown into that mix. Pele and Maradona have more international success as compared to their current generation incarnates but with Ronaldo winning Euro 2016 he can also now be included in that bracket.
