Sir Alex Ferguson considering a possible return to Manchester United management.

Sir Alex Ferguson could make a dramatic return as Manchester United’s manager following their poor performance under new manager David Moyes, says Manchester United fan-magazine Red Issue.

The magazine went on to add that there could be a possibility of a start of two groups among the Manchester United family, one group in favour of David Moyes which includes Patrice Evra, Wayne Rooney, Phil Neville, Bobby Charlton & Ed Woodward, and the other who are upset with the manager’s tactics which includes Shinji Kagawa, Ryan Giggs, Michael Carrick and Rio Ferdinand. Read more about it here.

Ryan Giggs especially has hardly been involved in the club’s matches as well as training sessions with Moyes preferring to discuss matters with Phil Neville instead.

Red Issue, which has been published monthly since February 1989 is one of the most reliable fanzines when it comes to news related to Manchester United, and with Moyes’ recent performances, we could very well see a change in management soon, even if Sir Alex doesn’t make a comeback.

Manchester United are in the in seventh position now, 18-points behind league-leaders Chelsea.
