Andre Villas-Boas

As per Daily Mail, Ex-AS Roma manager Luis Enrique could be the next Tottenahm boss, if under-fire Andre Villas-Boas is sacked.

After the shocking 6-0 defeat against Manchester City, Andre Villas-Boas is under extreme pressure. Although he insisted: ‘I am immune right now. I used to read a lot into situations like this but not any more.

‘I am very indifferent. There is only one quarter that I come under pressure from, which is the press. I have the confidence of the board [and] of my players.’

Enrique is currently in charge of La Liga club Celta Vigo. He had previously managed Barcelona B team.

Also Spurs are considering Swansea Boss Michael Laudrup as their plan B, in case they fail to land Luis Enrique.

Club owners are concerned about the team’s downfall in the last few games. They are currently placed 9th in the league.
